El Sherif Farm, established in 2016 by Doctor Galal El-Atrouche in Alexandria, Egypt, specializes in sustainable farming practices as L’Autruche, an African Ostrich farm. Doctor El-Atrouche began by designing his own incubators, hatchers, and fields to create an optimal environment for ostrich breeding. He also developed a well-balanced ration for the animals, ensuring that the feed is 100% organic produce, free from any steroids or hormones.

In 2025, El Sherif Farm will expand by adding new animal breeds such as Beef, Lamb, chickens, and French pigeons meat. We will focus on creating organic produce with a balanced diet to ensure the quality of our meat products remains consistently high.
*Quality Controlled by Experts
Quality control at El Sherif Farm is meticulously managed by experts throughout all production stages to deliver top-quality products. Dr. El-Atrouche, a veterinarian specialized in poultry with a diploma in Poultry Diseases from Alexandria University, oversees the entire quality process. Additionally, professional chefs ensure that our premium cuts and meat products meet the highest standards of excellence while supporting sustainable farming practices.
As Egypt aims for improved health and well-being, El Sherif Farm is committed to supporting this goal by offering premium meat that serves as healthy food, rich in nourishment and nutrients. Additionally, it aspires to become Egypt’s first commercial hub for African Ostrich breeding and their products, while also excelling in Beef, Lamb and poultry meat through sustainable farming and the use of Organic produce.
